Frédérique DE GRIGNART

Frédérique has a 20-year international career in human resources management in major banks and consulting firms. She intervenes in the accompaniment of leaders, managers and their teams with an global vision and an understanding of both human and business issues. Her international profile and experience in multicultural environments are assets to support projects related to professional transition, expatriation or the organisation transformation. Frédérique relies notably on the work of Carl Rogers and the development of the person, Transactional Analysis and Systemic Approach.

Graduate in Economics and Management at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, Frédérique also holds the Professional Coach Certification of the Coaching Academy.
