Selection and Evaluation

We take a direct approach in the search process to better identify individuals with the required sets of talents and skills. Interviews help identify the motivations and other aspects of a candidate’s personality, and we prepare a detailed and factual record reflecting our view of the candidate’s suitability for the position. Regular updates with our clients and candidates, we ensure and strengthen the visibility of the realities on the ground and the progress of the mandates.

Integration and Monitoring

When an assignment is completed, we closely monitor the onboarding phase with both clients and candidates, to ensure optimal transition and integration into the new entity.
